Do I need to be an Olympian to run in the NCF5K?Not at all! Runners of all skill levels are welcome & will have a great time.What if I am an Olympian & my race time is important to me?First, good luck in Tokyo! Second, you are in luck - Raceplace Events will be professionally timing the event via a ChronoTrack Systems B-Tag. The more experienced runners will begin the race first.Can I bring my whole family?Of course! This race is designed to bring families and the community together for a fun-filled morning. Children, pets, neighbors, co-workers, in-laws...everyone is welcome!What is "Sleep-in Registration"?If you aren't a morning person and can't imagine getting out of bed that early, you can run with us in spirit from the comfort of your bed with our Sleep-in Registration.Does the NCF5K donate to a charity?Yes - in face, 100% of the proceeds support St. Paul's Church & School in Gascogne, Haiti and the community work done here in Phoenix by All Saints' Family Ministries.What if running is not my thing, but I want to be a part of the NCF5K? What should I do?Great question - so glad you asked! You can volunteer to help on race day, donate to our cause, or become one of our sponsors. You can also come out to cheer runners on,  have your face painted, jump in the bouncy house, and explore the various booths. Or, you can do all of the above!What is included with my race registration?You will receive a fabulous NCF5K t-shirt, a swag bag full of goodies from our sponsors, a custom race bib with B-Tag, & a guaranteed good time.What time can I check in on Race Day?You can check in beginning 6am.
